What is this style of ballet flats called?

http://www.urbanoutfitters.com/shopping/...

Look at the shoes in the link. I have seen ballet flats at the gap that look like that, except that they have they have the ruching all the way around the flat and they sort of bend in half because of it. what is that style called? I can't find it anywhere, and I want some.

I believe it is called "runched" ,"stretched"or "gathered". They have some at target:

Suede Ruched Back Ballet
ruched ballet flats.....
They're just stretchy flats. The elastic makes them fit better, I don't think they have a different name or anything. I think they're cute, but weird looking..but that's not what you asked.
